Each order is packed by hand in Bristol using small-batch products. We aim to send all orders as carefully and quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days.

During busy seasonal periods, launches or honey harvests, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

Orders are shipped using tracked postal services where possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Free UK shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders over a certain amount.

Local Collection

If local collection is available, details will be provided at checkout or arranged by email.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected products.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes or import duties that may apply in their country.

Delays

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal service. While we do our best to help with delayed parcels, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and products so we can help resolve the issue.
